The Kalet's Claim (a BBW steamy, science fiction romance) Read online

  Their bodies danced in the ecstasy of their oneness, knowing there was no turning back now: that she was his, and he was hers. The completion they both felt was palpable and laid fully bare to one another as their empathy grew with this final act of union.

  As the heights of their ecstasy drew up his seed, and Ki quaked beneath him, trembling with explosion, she took him in, claiming each burst of him she was filled with as she rocked against him, her sex clamping to him with ecstatic release.

  And their lips found one another, over and over until they'd tangled their limbs and finally succumbed to the call of slumber.

  They woke with a start at the sound of heavy levers creaking and making way for the pod as it slid raucously into the docking bay. Ki saw the alarm in the Kalet's eyes, and rose to a sit as he cast the covers from him and quickly began to dress.

  "What's wrong?"

  "We've arrived and... I'm totally unprepared. I'm..."

  Ki's eyes lowered to the blankets over her knees.

  "Do you... regret..."

  "Us? Of course, not. I couldn't be more fulfilled than I am with you. But we broke the protocol, and I'm concerned about the consequences. My presence will also be required to explain the intruders in the upper deck-"

  "Consequences?"

  It was truly the only word that had registered.

  Her eyes flit up to the Kalet with pause, and she saw his gaze soften immediately. He made his way over to her, until he was kneeling at the bedside.

  "Nothing so harsh as you might fear. You are my mate, now and forever, if you will have me."

  A smile ticked the side of Ki's mouth.

  "I will have you."

  A glimmer of mischief flashed Bastian's eyes, but he quickly reined it in, ever aware of the duty that awaited him... them.

  "Then we have nothing to worry about," he said hopefully.

  Rising, he took her hand and gestured her down from the bed, where he placed a slow, desirous kiss upon her flushed lips.

  "Welcome to the planet," he told her with a grin.
